Journaling.
Journaling has been such a powerful tool for me as an overthinker, it helps with my thoughts and self-expression which has been good for my mental health. Journaling can also be a stress managing tool as you write down your feelings and understand them more clearly. I journal mostly my thoughts and dreams that I want to manifest. I have two journals both gifted by friends which I love very much. What I wanted to try was write daily affirmations so I can focus more on the positive since life has been extremely difficult and have been feeling the pressure. As I have said this is a personal blog and you will mostly see how I try different things to navigate life.
